Hi, my name is John. I am a graduate from Warren High School, located just outside of Marietta. At Warren, I praticipated in track and field for 4 years and ran cross country for three years. I letter all three years of cross country and two years of track. In both track and cross country I won several awards including the Loren Weinstock Sportmanship Award, U.S. Marine Corp. Athletic Award, Griffith Sportmanship Award, All District in the 1600m and 800m, Ohio State Athletic Coach's Award, and captains awards.

     I am currently a freshman at Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio. Here I am studying for my Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science. I actively participate in most intramural activities but I am not sure if I am ready for college level track and cross country. I do continue to run road races through out the year and I help with the high school's cross country team when I am not at school.
